Where?  To a "background fabric", such as, a quilt top, wall hanging panel, sweatshirt, T-shirt, jacket, tote bag, towels, bed linens, tablecloth, tablerunner, placemat, napkins... any item suitable to embroidery.  The unique stitched centering cross-hair is hidden during stitching and helps with the placement of a printed fabric photo, pre-embroidered design block, or piece of fabric with a main focal point.  When the cross-hair is unnecessary, simply bypass during stitching.  FAST!  EASY!
